Karlo assists in civil and labour matters and he is involved in a broad range of complex corporate and intellectual property matters including commercial contracts relating to the exploitation of IP rights. As well, he contributes in various forms of commercial dispute resolutions including financial litigations, construction litigations, contract disputes, legal malpractice defense and corporate governance.
