About
Belinda frequently advises in M&A transactions, corporate finance and debt restructuring transactions in the Croatian market. As well, she advises and litigates on a broad range of areas of Commercial Law, across a variety of industrial sectors ranging from energy and manufacturing to pharmaceutical and automotive. She focuses on EU competition law, and clients benefit from her experience and insight in developing strategy and running competition investigations, as well as advising on complex distribution problems and licensing arrangements, abuse of dominance cases, mergers and joint ventures. Belinda has published several articles in legal journals including the study of Heidel­berg Institute for European Business Law e.V. and she often lectures at legal conferences. Belinda received the Certificates of Appreciation by World Bank and International Finance Corporation for her contribution to the project.
