About
Jana’s areas of practice include general commercial litigation, financial restructuring litigation, complex construction litigation, contract disputes, legal malpractice defense and corporate governance. She advises clients on the investment, structuring, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. Jana has extensive experience advising clients on intellectual property and technology matters in the context of M&A transactions. Clients benefit from her experience in corporate matters, as well as, her particular knowledge of issues regarding complex real estate agreements. Jana advises on broad range of areas of Competition Law, Unfair Trading Practises, including the areas of public procurement, environmental laws and consumer protection.
